Thermal Interface Compounds
During usage, electronic components produce significant amounts of heat. If this heat isn't properly dissipated it can lead to an issue. Eternal Lube’s range of thermal interface materials and solutions is designed to lower the operating temperature of various electronic devices.
The range of conformal coating products that are currently available includes Silicone, Non-Silicone, Thermally Conductive Epoxy Compound, Thermal Gap Filler, Thermal Pad etc.
- a. Thermal Paste AGZ19: AGZ19 is a highly thermally conductive non-curing heat transfer paste, designed for use as a thermal interface material. It is recommended where large amounts of heat need to be dissipated efficiently, ensuring the reliable thermal coupling of electronic components. GZ19 is based on a silicone oil, offering an exceptionally wide operating temperature range.
- b. ASA115 Silicone Sealant: ASA115 is a one-component, room-temperature-curing thermally conductive silicone sealant. It can be stored in a sealed container for a long time, and when it comes into contact with the air, it will absorb the moisture in the air and solidify from the surface of the adhesive layer to the inside of the adhesive layer, and the appropriate increase in ambient temperature and humidity will accelerate the curing of the product. The products are solvent-free, non-toxic and non- corrosive, and meet the requirements of EU environmental protection directives. It has good adhesion performance, excellent thermal conductivity (heat dissipation) and stability performance, excellent electrical insulation performance and cold and heat alternating resistance to most materials.
- c. Conductive Silver Glue AECI-01R: AECI-01R is a conductive silver adhesive that can be cured quickly at room temperature, and can be made into conductive lines on glass, ceramic, ITO, metal and other substrates through dispensing, brushing, stroke and other processes. Silver glue has good adhesion and excellent electrical conductivity, which can be used for the design and repair of conductive circuits on PCB boards, and the contacts are overlapped; It is especially suitable for the conductive connection of display modules in LCD, LCM industry, smart phones, tablets and other products.
