Conformal Coatings

Conformal coating is a thin polymeric film applied to a printed circuit board (PCB) to protect the board and its components from harsh environment and to prevent corrosion within electronic assembly. The conformal coating avoid electric leakage or short circuit of PCB caused by environmental moisture and other pollution sources, and prevent electric arc, corona and other discharge phenomena.

The range of conformal coating products that are currently available includes Acrylics, Silicones, UV, Polyurethanes, and they are eco-friendly choices.

a. Conformal Coating ARC130: ARC130 is a clear, soft acrylic conformal coating. The product does not contain aromatic solvents and has excellent PCB protection performance, especially for PCB protection working in high humidity environments, ARC130 meets military standards and IPC standards. ARC130 can be used for dipping, brushing, and spraying process.
b. UV Conformal Coating AUVC40: UVC40 is a low-viscosity, UV-moisture dual-curing conformal coating, and specifically designed to protect circuit boards. This product has no solvent, low odor, low curing energy, fast curing speed, suitable for curing of a variety of UV lamps, and has excellent coverage and protection effect on pins of components.
